"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

"Una decepción, lo sabemos y no vamos a este hotel.
Llegamos y nos dan una habitación en primera planta con los contenedores justo debajo de la terraza y frente a una máquina que hace ruido de manera constante. Cada cierto tiempo, los empleados se descocan a tirar botellas de crista, una a una. Imaginaos intentar dormir con ese estruendo.
