“This is what I call getting away. My family had a great week from early morning hot tub soaks to family feuds over playing Uno and Monopoly! We only got one clear night in the star gazing field and the moon was a bit to bright but it was still beautiful. The property is clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back!”

“We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. ”

“I wish I could put into words how amazing our stay was. First, the house is amazing. Big, cozy, well-maintained and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze and there is an online guide provided that tells you everything you need to know about the house, amenities and things in the area.There is an enormous stargazing field behind the house that is perfect for seeing everything you want to see in the dark skies. “Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!”
