"My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. "The condo was perfect for my husband and me. Kitchen was small, but well equipped . It was right at the causeway to Honeymoon Island, so the traffic was very busy. The property manager Matt was extremely helpful and excellent to deal with. Thanks Matt. Debbie"

"Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay."

"Property was perfect for our group of 14, celebrating a graduation and 93rd birthday. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and the pool was fantastic. Nice large yard to play games and lounge around in the beautiful Florida sunshine. There was space for downtime and for when the two 2-year olds needed their daily nap. The host was responsive to questions before and during the trip. Highly recommend !"

"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "

"Kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy a drying rack for dishes, salad bowl and other basics. Too much overhead lighting with no dimmers and no lamps. Could not find the trash cans."

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day.
