“The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice.”

“After booking and then getting a closer look at the property, I had concerns! Of course my fears were unjustified.. this property sits on the corner of 26th street and Busch Blvd. Easy access to property. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows.. it seems management is in the process of remodeling. USB ports available, mini fridge and microwave are included. I was apprehensive but slept well and appreciated that the staff allowed us to have a ground floor room. Not fancy, just practical!”
