“Entiendo que son hoteles pequeños e independientes y que el paso de los años tienden a deteriorar las instalaciones, pero no es justo que la falta de mantenimiento y la desidia de empleados y dueños le ofrezcan un servicio tan deplorable que ni siquiera estan dispuestos a realizar la devolución del dinero a pesar de las malas condiciones ofrecidas, uno puede creer que son hoteles de paso y no importa pero el sacrificio que se hace trabajando se merece respeto, la habitación 104 tiene la cortina……

“Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

“The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. I can only say it's……

“Very responsive staff. Police presence is VERY heavy at this particular hotel. Beds are stiff. No hair dryer or coffee machine, the room did have a mini-fridge. Plenty of parking, right behind a gas station and easy walking access to DG, food, smoke shop, and Busch Gardens.”

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”
