"I love family owned restaurants and hotels as they carry a legacy and this place just ticked all the boxes. Recently renovated with an amazing bathroom, great amenities and clean space to live. Bed was super comfortable. So accessible to the public transport, with options to park if needed. The entire staff was so helpful, always there to guide us. "We’ve got Eiger view room on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was so beautiful. Room was big and everything was perfect. Location is perfect too, it is Just a minute walk from the train station, bus station is just opposite the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

"We really enjoyed the peaceful quiet & the view from our deck was phenomenal, loved hearing the cow bells in the morning & in the evening. The water that was running constantly from the spouts in Ernen was so good & cold! Our accommodations was really nice & clean & we have to thank our host for allowing us to stay an extra day @ a reasonable price, we enjoyed the place so much we weren’t ready to leave, thank you Nicole, we hope to return again."
