“This property is conveniently located near shopping and our extended family! It had all of the amenities that we needed, was very spacious and comfortable and the pool was beautiful. My grandkids had a blast swimming every opportunity they had. Communication with the owner was very easy. Our family highly recommends this residence. ”

“Overall, the house was respectable. The kitchen was nice, plenty of room, the only issue was the downstairs bathrooms are old and small. We did have an issue with the downstairs AC on day one, but the Property Manager, Lisa Castro worked her tail off trying to get it fixed even up until 2:30am in the morning. Her response was excellent, and it was a simple fix, but it did require an AC tech to fix the next day.”

“I had no idea what I rented until my last day. It’s a pretty older home, we were a little spooked at first but eventually focused only on the positive. We drove by three times before finding it. The home is solar powered which was interesting There is not a tv in any room. The bed my husband and I slept is an adjustable bed. There is nothing to watch other than YouTube… The neighborhood is not desirable, we heard loud cars playing music all through the night. My husband got no sleep because...

“1. Nina is 100% responsive, answers everything immediately. Very respectful and kind. Let us check in early no charge which was very sweet.2. I felt that prior negative reviews were somewhat unfair. The house is older, small, but exactly as promised. It's as clean as it can be for being older but the price is reduced compared to other places (from what I researched) because of it so I felt it was extremely fair.
