"The whole environment is clean and security is good but the room smells bad.had to deodorise before sleeping for my entire stay.
Also,the bathroom shower curtain is horrible,it wraps your body when bathing and its very irritating...besides these two problems,i cant complain about the rest."

"My family was excited to spend the new year's weekend in east London as we were staying in a rural area just outside.
The staff were fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable.
Our only regret is the pool needed attention from the time we arrived and never got any up until we left. The pool was one of the draws and it was a bit too far gone for us to even clean with the basket ourselves (which we would have gladly done.)
I loved though the space we had and the little braai area and kitchen....

"Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either."
