Not bad
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was way too firm for my taste but that's a matter of preference. I liked that I could park outside of my room. The shower didn't have great pressure and was a little short for most adults but it's an older property. Overall, it wasn't bad for a budget motel.

The pool was closed the owners had a big dog that barked during the nite the breakfast was stale cereal a loaf of bread that was kept in the refrigerator with a bottle of jam. Will not stay again

Next time read you itinerary, not our fault you didn’t read it. It’s call complementary breakfast. What the hell you expected over easy eggs? You was being cheap about what you can afford. People when you read this, remember you wanted a reasonable price for a room. So leave the Ritz Carlton attitude home. So Frances stay home don’t come back. Have great day!!

Good stay but just fyi
Wasn’t a bad stay but there were definitely some things that raised eye brows. Curtains in the room wouldn’t open, air conditioner on high; was barely pushing out air (it eventually did get cool in room…just took a long time) the facial tissues were in a locked, casing attached to the sink, but you couldn’t actually access the tissues, there is also a soap dispenser attached to the mirror that has nothing in it. (Just strange little things). It was also a strange check out experience… I went to check out at 10:45 AM and the office was locked with no notes on door or anything. Also it’s almost July and they still don’t have their pool running. (Photos on listing are misleading) I didn’t have a bad experience… Just listing the eyebrow raisers! It was clean and beds were comfortable. Price was good! I would stay with them again for the price. :)

A/C issue, being so hot in 95 degrees outside, even your house will take time to cool down.Facial tissues are not locked, even public restrooms do it.Dispenser for soap are on back order, that's why bar of soap was left on the sink.Pool is noted during your reservation, it's down. Because of repairs.Thank you for having good eyebrows.

Very quiet and just on the edge of town, so it kind of felt secluded. Clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities of a “big chain” hotel. Friendly staff and amazing service! Would definitely recommend and will for sure be back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
The room looked okay walking in. Upon further inspection it was gross. There was bugs on the beds and floors. The bedding had spots all over it. The shower curtain had holes from wear and tear on the seams and the water leaked out to the floor from the holes. The most frustrating part of it is that they gave us the wrong room to begin with. We ordered a King in non-smoking room. They sent us to a double queen that was supposed to be non-smoking but the smell in the room would say otherwise. When we called to get the room fixed they said that its not their fault and blamed it on Hotels.com for inputting it incorrectly. Even so if that was the case the management should have checked the reservation on their end since it is their hotel. There are other cheap hotels that have at least a cleaner room with no bugs in them.

The property was fine, but a bit tired. Room needed a refresh. Carpet worn, Toilet seat looked old and would not stay up. Lobby Gold Fish needed their water refreshed. Was quite, and the bed and pillows were fine, wi-fi was good. A little investment would go a long way to make this pop. Eureka has mostly vintage locations, so just refreshing the vintage that is there would make this place get all smiles.

Room 220 was clean and smelled clean. Most hotels in Eureka Springs smell like old nursing homes but this one was good. Problem was the AC froze us 1st night even with stat turned down. 2nd night room was very hot. Manager told me to shut it off for 30 mins prob froze up. It drained all over the carpet. Tried again 30 mins later still no cold air. Burned up all night. Also 2nd night room key didnt work had to take to office to reprogram. I feel they should have offered me a free night later on.

Michael thank you for the comment, yes the ac was working fine. We can't tell when it gets frozen. You might have had the setting to the lowest and it got frozen. The key card loses its programming if it is next to a cell phone. I didn't know you got upset to come into the office to get a new key card. Just because of these 2 small issues, doesn't mean you get a free night. You could have called us and told us you wanted another room.

Very affordable. Easy in and out of motel. Only negative thing was, the bed was very firm. Too firm for us. Not the best sleep. The room was also clean which is good.

The room was fine. The bed comfortable, nice tv, usual stuff like microwave fridge hairdryer etc. However, there was no DO NOT DISTURB door hanger. We stayed 3 nights and did not want the room cleaned, altho we did not tell them. So the first day we were out all day and they cleaned, turned off all the lights and tv that we had purposely left on. We always do that as a theft deterrent, and do not like entering a dark room at night. Coffee was not replenished. We had bought breakfast items to eat in the room because the motel breakfast did not look adequate. Second day the maid knocked on the door to clean, before checkout time, altho we were not checking out, when I was about to take a shower. That day we came back early on purpose to turn the lights and tv back on. The bed was very comfortable. The strangest thing was receiving a phone call as we were traveling to get there. When I questioned this upon check in, the response was, they call everyone to make sure we had not wrecked or were lost. Why do you care? I had paid in advance. The room was fine, but we were annoyed enough to seek another place next time. Thanks.

Awesome and CLEAN Hotel!!
Awesome stay!! Its an older property (like all in Eureka), but you won't find one slice of dust or dirt anywhere, its the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in years. The family owners were so polite and fun to work with. This place ROCKED.
