The only issue I had was being charged twice due to a system glitch. My room was paid prior to me arriving but the day of check out the system charged my card again
The front desk manager could not reverse the charge. She offered to write a letter to my bank requesting the charge be released. It took 5 business days before the charge fell off.

"The room was nice and clean. It was quiet as well. The bed was comfortable. The only “issues” were no Kleenexes in the room and the toilet paper was terrible. It was supposed to be “green” but that doesn’t work if you have to use twice as much. Otherwise nice stay."
