“Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”

“Great place to stay short and long term very cozy apartment. Host was wonderful, responded quick and helpful. I came after the winter storm he was quick to help accommodate however. My First time in Baltimore definitely would book again.”

“I stayed here for one night and found the apartment to be very spacious for one person. It’s located on the third floor with no elevator, which is fine if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. Check-in instructions were clear and communication with the host was easy.The main issue was the temperature. The bedroom was extremely cold, and there was no duvet—only a very thin blanket. I ended up sleeping with my coat on because it was so chilly. The living room was warm, but the bedroom made the stay……

“Mostly as described. Does have some old building issues - narrow hallways, small main bathroom, slanted floors, damp/humid. Queen bed is in room against the road, which doesn’t have the en suite bathroom, and can be a little noisy at night. Overall, great location, pet friendly in a dog friendly neighborhood, attentive host with easy check-in/out, even left some snacks, coffee, etc.”

“Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs”

“Oh man this was so much better than a hotel room! Comfy and well-appointed and so nice to have a bedroom on another floor well removed from the living area. HOT water, flawless wifi (I worked remotely for 3 straight days without a hitch), big fridge, gas stove, big sink, washer and dryer and a really nice tile shower. Beyond that the owners were highly available and gave clear guidance/instructions; I felt like I was in really good hands but frankly never needed them because everything was……
