"When I arrived no one was at the check-in desk. I waited. A worker mopping the floor went in and got someone. I wanted to check in early, 1: 30 p.m., but was told I could not since check-in was not till 3:00 p.m. I have not had this issue before at other hotels. I was not happy because I was going ..."
