"We booked 2 rooms with balconies and valley views but were given rooms at the back with views of the car park and only 1 with a balcony. When we complained we were told all rooms with balconies and valley views had been allocated to a large group arriving the next day. We showed reception the Expedia printed confirmation of rooms with balconies and valley views but they did not care.

"Extremely clean appartement and absolutely superb service from the very kind owner Carolina which provides plenty of tips and recommandations about the best places around town. Dining is a little limited though so reserve in advance ….but Ayna is a small town so it is normal. Picturesque views all around.
Very very highly recommended hotel appartement. Carolina is simply outstanding."
