4NEP346 – Saint Pierre La Mer - Furnished one-bedroom apartment equipped for 2/4 people, with sea view terrace and public parking.
Residence Odalys 30 meters from the beach and shops.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
Entrance leading to a kitchen living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and cupboards with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Main room with convertible sofa for 2 people, TV corner, equipped kitchen: microwave oven, ceramic hob, top fridge.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for PRMs.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.

Logement a fuir

Appartement très sale . Vaisselle manquante Odeur horrible dans la salle de bain. Du linge sale dans les placards avec de la nourriture. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit avec le parking situé en dessous de l'immeuble. Un parking zone bleu, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Tres compliqué pour se garer avec un monde incroyable dans toutes les rues a proximités. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement. Très déçu. Point positif, vu mer tres agréable.
