This 2 bedroom property has been recently remodeled and is ready for guests! All new furniture, appliances, AC units, paint, light fixtures, and more! Located less than a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside, you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge (all NEW in June 2022). The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC (All new in June 2022).
Need additional room or want to vacation with family and friend? Ask us about adjoining unit availability. This building features multiple adjacent properties that are almost identical and we can accommodate large groups who would like to stay together in the same location.

Spring Break Trip
This property was a great location and very clean. It had a great set up for our group! It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom could use a couple more drawers for storage but I would most definitely stay here again.

Cute and Cozy
Everything was wonderful on our Thanksgiving vacation. We needed to be close to Destin, and Fort Walton. This spot has Everything you need. Appliances are basically brand new with a full size washer and dryer. The owners are amazing to deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Decent place to stay.
This was a decent place to stay. Not a 5 star location, but a solid 3.5 star. It needed a few items that could make it more like some of the other places we have stayed in the area which would bump up the rating a bit, but I believe they are still working on the place. They did let me keep my boat there so that bumos them to a 4 in my book and they provided water and electricity for us to use for the boat. You can tell they are still actively renovating the place, so I believe it has the potential to be really nice. I have done many renovations, so I respect the process and appreciate the hard work that comes with it. If your looking for a place to stay that is close to the beech or if you are looking for a place that will allow you to bring your boat (which was our case) then this will be a decent location for you.
