"We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. However, it’s important to note that this hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The facilities are outdated: the in-room safe was not functional, and the door lock seemed decades old. The daily breakfast was minimal and not good value, and there were no complimentary coffee, tea, or bottled water provided. Overall, the hotel feels much more like a small, family-run guesthouse rather than a true four-star hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place with a warm host, this might suit you. But if you’re expecting the comfort, amenities, and standards of a four-star hotel, you may be disappointed. We suggest that the star rating on the platform be reconsidered to better reflect the actual experience and avoid misleading future guests."
