“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. “The room was clean and very spacious with a full kitchen area. We did a late check-in at around 11 pm. The staff member checking us in was friendly and the area felt safe. The only issue was with the toilet being very low-pressure. We had to flush it several times. We will stay at this hotel again.”
