“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……

Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.”

The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. Sensitive guests should consider staying elsewhere.Bedding was fully synthetic and……

“Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”

“Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am. The kicker - maintenance person lives right next store to our unit. We shared a wall!!!!!! I bugged……

“This place was perfect for what we needed. My brother and I came for a quick overnight stay for a not-very-fun reason. Tera was so gracious, helpful, and welcoming. The lodging is a guesthouse that Tera has put a lot of effort into furnishing so that it has everything a tired traveler might need. It felt cozy and safe. I had my best night of sleep in a long time in her place, and I will try to book it again whenever I need to be in the area.”

“House is as pictured. Plenty of games and activities at the house to keep you busy between outings. Hot tub was a plus. Plenty of room for our travel party of 5 adults. Roy -the host - was very responsive to questions and requests. House was a good position from San Fran and wine country to do both during the trip. If we come out west again we would stay again. Much more economical than staying in the city.”
