"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"Nice area. Nice and friendly staff, very helpful. Needed to pay Rs20 extra for blanket. Pillow and bed is low quality. No free coffee or breakfast. Keeps luggage until 6pm free, also have paid locker for Rs20/day."

"Lugar tranquilo, com excelente localizacao em São Paulo perto dos lugares de grandes eventos e de facil acesso (ao lado da Marginal Pinheiros), tem um Mc'Donalds atravessando a rua, mas tambem possui uma cozinha suficiente para preparos do dia a dia. Unico lado ruim as vezes sao os hospedes que nao sao acostumados em Hostel, e acabam chegando tarde da noite fazendo barulho e acordando a todos, por isso verifique as condutas presentes nas paginas. De resto, excelente lugar e recomendo muito."

"I missed my flight, so I called Guaru Inn Hotel to reschedule my stay with them. They understood my situation and rescheduled my stay on a different date. The hotel was secure and quiet, the room was clean, and the furniture was new.
