This charming townhome located in Fraser is pet-friendly and provides a tranquil rental option while being conveniently situated near a variety of outdoor activities available year-round. Nestled within the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this expansive 3-bedroom unit can host up to 8 guests, featuring breathtaking views and an open floor plan.
On the main level, you will discover an open layout that merges the living, kitchen, and dining areas, creating an ideal environment for gatherings and meals. The exposed wooden beams and ceilings enhance the home's appeal. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with ample countertop space, perfect for crafting delightful meals. Enjoy the warmth of the wood fireplace for an authentic mountain retreat experience. The large private deck, accessible from the main living area, offers a wonderful place to take in the view and unwind with light snacks, morning coffee, or evening beverages. A powder room is also conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms comprise a master suite with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes a dual vanity, tiled shower, and spacious soaking tub. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a full bathroom, while the third bedroom also has a Queen bed. The downstairs living area is equipped with a trundle bed that accommodates two Twin beds for extra sleeping arrangements.
Additional amenities consist of a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room, a gas fireplace, a private deck, heated garage parking for 2 cars, and close proximity to the free town shuttle route. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. Guests found smoking will be fined 200 per day.

Lovely Mountain Home

This is a lovely home with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and family room area with fireplace and deck. The kitchen is well appointed, and the cupboard wasn't full of half-used spices and condiments. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling clean.

Great little house in a nice neighborhood.

Have stayed in this house twice and like it a lot. Buuuuut, please get some brighter lightbulbs. The place is too dark for reading and just enjoying the evenings.

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Lovely Area

Beautiful property with a well stocked Kitchen. Very clean, everything worked wonderfully. Beds were so comfortable. Wonderful access to all that Winter Park has to offer as well as great trails for hiking and picnics.

Great Little Cabin

Fun spot up the hill from Winter Park / Fraser. Comfortable and everything you need for a getaway in the mountains. Would definitely return!

Cozy house

We had a great time, the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a nice relaxing time sitting on the back patio. The beds were comfortable as well, which is always a plus. There was clear communication on anyway questions we might have had. We will try to come back.

The place was spacious yet cozy, and we enjoyed snowshoeing, tubing, eating good meals, and playing board games and puzzles around the spacious dining table. We would love to return.

We had a nice stay in this comfortable home. Was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Comfortable and clean throughout. Wonderful back porch area facing trees- great for reading & morning coffee. Only negative a bit hot upstairs in the Summer.

Great family setting, convenient to slopes and stores

Sits in development up behind grocery store - easy to find, easy to get to town or to skiing. 2 car garage so can park 4 cars there if needed. Kitchen allows for full cooking. 3 bedrooms up stairs and day bed with full bathroom downstairs with washer and dryer.

Lovely home

This is a beautiful home right on the bus line. Great bed/ bath setup, nice kitchen and homey living room. Never even used the media room but it looks complete. We got 2 cars in the garage, and the road and driveway were cleared after a 6 inch snow

Relaxing stay with plenty of room

This is a great, family (and pet) friendly house. We stayed a little over 2 weeks to get away from it all. The house is in a quiet, private (not gated) neighborhood. The area has lots of places for walks and all the neighbors/visitors that we saw were all really friendly. Safeway is a down the hill (2 minute drive) and has everything you need. The house had a few dishwasher tablets to get us started, but I was glad we brought detergent for the washer. Our teenage kids were glad to have their own rooms, and a shared bathroom (the third bathroom is in the basement with a bonus room and the laundry room). Check-in was fairly easy, as the door has a remote/electronic/wi-fi lock. Once we had the right code (we were sent the wrong one), it was easy to get in. We were glad that the “Stay Winter Park” (property manager) still had their offices open so we could get help. They were friendly and helpful and got us in quickly. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (even with a garlic press!!!!). Everything you need is there. There is even filtered water (plumbed at the sink) and from the refrigerator. We were really surprised, but really glad that we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The fireplaces (inside and out) had clear directions on them, though we did not use them. It was a wonderful place to stay and get away from it all!
