### Privileged setting and sea view in Fréhel

Villa Avel Vor is an enchanting place for your holidays. Offering a sea view and great proximity to it (located just a few steps away), a relaxing jacuzzi for 6 people, a lush garden and an interior beautifully decorated by an interior architect, this character house with cut stone, promises you unforgettable moments. Ideally located 50m from the immense beach of Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, its St Michel islet and its lagoon, and among the spacious avenues where beautiful Anglo-Norman villas and art-deco or completely design properties rub shoulders, it allows you to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of the day. For moments of pause, the garden invites you to relax under the sun or in the jacuzzi. On the other hand, golf enthusiasts will find this accommodation ideal, as it is located just a few steps from the Fréhel golf course.   
  
Inside, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you. Whether in the lounge near the granite fireplace for friendly discussions or seated at the desk to contemplate the ocean view, these different spaces will charm you. The dining room is conducive to convivial gatherings around its large table. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped (vitroceramic hobs, 2 refrigerators, microwave, 2 ovens, freezer, 2 dishwashers, coffee makers (including Delonghi Dinamica Robot), toaster and kettle...), and its immense central island will allow you to prepare delicious meals. Finally, while the balcony by the kitchen awaits you on beautiful days to enjoy the sea air while savouring a good breakfast or dining with friends, the 73m2 slate and exotic Cumaru wood terrace and its garden lounge on the ground floor await you around the jacuzzi and for your aperitifs, alfresco dinners etc... Teenagers will appreciate the ping pong table on the lawn.   
  
This villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with two single beds that can be joined to suit your preferences. Three bedrooms offer a cosy cocoon under the attic, while the last, more spacious room has a study, a reading area and a direct view of the beach.   
  
For ever more convenience, the house is equipped with two bathrooms with toilet, televisions in the living room (large 65" screen) and in the kitchen, as well as in each bedroom, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a DVD player, a barbecue.   
  
To park, you have three spaces in the driveway in front of the house.

The property is superb. The living area and kitchen in the house are open plan and lends themselves to entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils. The bedrooms are all big enough for two adults to share. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower with plenty of available hot water. The west facing balcony off the kitchen is ideal for alfresco dining and the west facing patio is perfect for catching the sun. The beach is on the doorstep and there are some beautiful walks straight out from the house. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops including a boulangerie, all within walking distance. The views are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of off road and on road parking. We would definitely recommend this house and we will definitely visit again.
