“We enjoyed our stay in the historic Inn. Our room was large, clean and was ample for our 2 day staff. Breakfast was very good. The Inn isocated in a pretty village near Frome. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We have just spent 3 nights here and can't speak highly. Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was very well equipped, clean. We had biscuits, teas coffe hot chocolate, water and milk and juice on our arrival. Everything you could need in the room. But if you did need anything the staff would be happy to help. The room and pub was so clean . The breakfast were your good and lots of it. Evening meals we ate there 2 nights and all meals very good. Although the fish option wasn't available……

“This is not a Premier inn, but had character and I slept really well even though the pub faced an A road. My room had been fairly recently decorated I'd say. There was a little kettle in the room, with tea bags and coffee. Small TV , and ensuite toilet and shower. A lovely breakfast was included in the price, which was very reasonable. Nice owner. Close to the Bath & Wsst Showground.”

“Great room with best appliances and very clean. Staff are extremely helpful and the WhatsApp messaging works really well and avoids having to go to reception with every query. The rooms could benefit from built in air conditioning, however we were provided with a portable one immediately on request. “It’s a lovely location, aspects of the property are nice, the free car parking was good and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. The room was nice in terms of having a sitting area and then a bedroom and on suite. However, the property needs to be updated and the cleaning also needs to be more frequent. The carpet in the room had various stains, there was no soap to wash our hands in the bathroom when we arrived and this had to be requested. The stairs leading up to our……
