The hotel was amazing. A lovely spa with swimming pool was perfect. Set times for children were really good. The food was lovely and priced well, especially the children’s set menu. The room was lovely and spacious and the little extras of cookies and drinks were wonderful. We can’t wait to return, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated, clean and full of old character. They have obviously done upgrades while maintaining the age and beauty. The staff were very helpful . The breakfast was also a great deal with lots of options. Great value. If we are ever in Bristol again, we would stay here in a heartbeat!!
