Lovely one night stay for a wedding, nice airy room, spotlessly clean throughout, comfy beds, lovely breakfast and a secure car park at the back - you need to ring or go to reception for the carpark code. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable fee for early check in.

Room, although small was good in terms of its facilities. A fan in the room he!ped in hot weather. It was up some steep stairs which were a bit difficult with a suitcase. However, breakfast was excellent!

Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team. The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it. The price we paid represented excellent value for money. Free and secure parking in a dedicated building adjacent to the hotel.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze, but was ok, staff and manager Wayne was very good and helpful, all the staff was happy, bar well stocked, tables all clean. A lovely atmosphere, food was nice and staff were very polite and helpful, room was lovely and clean comfortable beds and toiletries were a bonus, they were great.
