Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and breakfast very good, all local produce. Only reason for 3* review was our room. Basically it was a single room with a double bed wedged in it. You could only get in one side of the bed, not easy for over 60s. And the room had an unpleasant smell like something had gone off in there. Only there for 2 nights so didn’t make a thing of it and just left the window open all the time.

Very well priced hotel in the middle of town. If you're planning on having somewhere to rest between sightseeing or a stop over location if on a traveling tour, this hits the spot. The breakfast was excellent with vegan and vegetarian options. In the summer it may be a little toasty during any heatwaves, fans are provided. I stayed in one of the single rooms. I would return.

Lovely one night stay for a wedding, nice airy room, spotlessly clean throughout, comfy beds, lovely breakfast and a secure car park at the back - you need to ring or go to reception for the carpark code. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable fee for early check in.
