It is very close to the Hakata station and so is close to everything including shopping points and dinning options. The room is room yet quiet and the air conditioning is strong. Would stay again if I go to Fukuoka

Check in with kiosk was ok but only 4 kiosks were there with lots of customers at lobby, took more than 30 mins to wait and if you will leave at early morning, ensure that you can walk with your bags etc to hakata station by yourself as hotel couldn't help u to call a taxi. I got didi app which show places in japanese ans staff refused to help even to pin the location to go!! Robot receptionist not a human being?

It's really dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed. Cockroaches seen and killed. Cleaners did not do their job despite being requested to make up room (obvious signs such as no fresh new towels and foot mat, dirt still seen on carpet). Dust can be seen around the edge of the room. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed before we stayed in. Also, according to the hotel, the sheets were to be changed every 3 days regardless due to hygiene reasons. However, I noticed the sheets remained the same throughout my stay (5 nights).

One of the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in Japan. The foot mat was not replaced and carpet was not vacuumed. Makes me wonder if the bath towels were just folded and placed back to the racks for further use without changing. Nearing the end of my stay, I even saw cockroaches in the room. Upon closer inspection, thick layer of dust can be seen around the edges of the room. The good thing is that they have public baths.
