I had to contact the main VRBO office, who also could not get response from property manager. We got reservation cancelled and full refund. "My family of 5 picked this luxury apartment for a recent trip to DAR. Check in was 4pm but we arrived at 4:45pm, but the apartment was still being cleaned.
