"Amazing hotel in a great location close to the old town, morning market and Sake shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Hotel also had free drinks from 5pm and breakfast service which was an incredible traditional Japanese breakfast. Hotel had a spa room and also accepts tattoos. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"Check in was fast and the front desk personnel were able to speak English well. We reserved a room that had two twin beds and an adjoining tatami mat sitting room that could also function as additional bedroom with futons. The room and bathroom were very clean and in great condition. There was even a washing machine in the room so we could run a load of laundry. (It is also a dryer). Breakfast buffet was good and we also had dinner there one night; you can choose a main course (sukiyaki, etc) and also get the buffet to go with it. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The location is fantastic as it is right next door to the train station and the bus station and a short walk to the Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"I liked the fact that they had everyone remove and store their footwear in lockers when coming onto the facility, preventing people from wearing dirty footwear on the premises including the rooms. Suitcase wheels were also easily cleaned by rolling them through a cleaning station."
