It was a nice hotel, with a great pool. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room was decent, but a bit boring, as very basically decorated, so nothing stood out about it at all.

Comfort and quality
Our room was exceptionally clean and the balcony was well maintained. The pool area was well organized without crowding. In only 2-3 minute walk you can find a normal lido on the sea or walk in either direction to find a quiet, private swim spot. Breakfast was ok. A good selection but the “hot” items were usually just lukewarm. However, made to order coffees were strong and a great start for the morning.

The location of the hotel was away from the city center and in a area which had many unoccupied properties for sale. If you don’t drive, like us, it is not easy to go out for dinner as you would have to phone for a taxi both ways which is expensive. We ate in the hotel and although the the service was attentive, the food was not very good. It was over salted. Overall, the room was clean and spacious and the hotel was nice with good service

The hotel is ideal for our visits to Gallipoli and the area. The rooms are large, clean and it has a small secure garage. The wifi is strong, and the breakfast satisfying. We ate out this visit so cannot comment on the dinner fare.

Beautiful hotel
Hotel is beautiful and always clean. Breakfast is lovely and dinner was good. Great offer of shuttle service during day to zen beach and to the old town in the evening. Staff are great, specially the waiting staff. Our hairdryer in the room didn’t work we reported it, someone did come to look as there was drill dust along the bathroom tiles. But it was still broken, we didn’t bring our own as we knew there was one in the room. So I did have to leave my hair wet during the evening. Which wasn’t always ideal. Also would be ideal if they advertise having drinks around the pool. The pool closes from 1pm to 4pm due to lifeguard but the only day we did attend the pool he only sat smoking and looking through his phone. After this day as we wanted to be able to relax, and enjoy drinks laying around the pool. We went to zen beach every day instead. Great hotel close to everything within car reach beautifully decorated and clean, staff were amazing.

Comfortable and well located
Well located between town and beaches of baia verde with a shuttle to each but both accessible on foot. A very comfortable bed and modern, clean rooms. Pool area was nice too and quiet for most of our stay. The bar was quite impersonal and uninviting but overall the hotel was very well located and of a high standard.

A place to relax.
The place is good, really modern, it has a spa,a fitness room,a swimming pool, and a hot swimming pool accessible with the spa. If you wanna do any beauty thing, spa, nails, or similar make sure you call in advance because these get booked quite in advance. The breakfast is good, not the best we had in Italy but certainly better than average buffet breakfast, the fruit was fresh and that was great. The rooms are spacious, with balconies and safes. If you ask for a room at the front you maybe have a slight view of the sea, otherwise the view to the central patio is great too. Parking is tricky, it is on the outside, so if you stay a few days be sure that with the sand and salt your car will be ready for a wash when you leave. The restaurant at the hotel is acceptable, dishes are good just not many options to choose, still nothing on the surroundings for dinner unless you drive, for the lunch we enjoyed a restaurant that is close called Picollo Lide, with nice people and good dishes with a really close view to the sea. This hotel is great to relax and go with your partner (be sure you close the door from inside, maids accidentally got into the room when we were in).

great hotel for any type of stay
although only staying two nights we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tiziana the receptionist did a great job advising us of all the options and what the hotel had to offer. the food in the evening was really good, particularly the antipasto. the service was excellent during the meal. breakfast was also more than adequate. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable, and tranquil. All equipment worked well. The only slight negative was the speed of the internet which was more than adequate for email but intermittent for streaming video. We would definitely stay at the hotel again the next time we pass through Galipolli.

English speaking hotel with loads of facilities
The hotel is located in a quite end street location, with a straight walk to the beach. The hotel looks recently refurbished or very well maintained. The WIFI speed is the best of all hotels. Free parking and evening DJ at the Bar.

Estadia perfeita!
Hotel que poderia ser cotado com mais estrelas, perfeito. Quarto excelente, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho muito boas. Fomos super bem atendidas, staff super atencioso, sempre prontos a nos proporcionar uma estada perfeita . Os jardins muito bem cuidados, o interno é muito bonito, com oliveiras centenárias bem preservadas. Piscina deliciosa, e tem também um belíssimo Spa, por uma valor bem convidativo. É ofertado ao hospede um voucher que dá direito a entrada em um Lido, é como eles chamam os nosso beach club. Super recomendo esse hotel!

Beautiful and very clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice poolarea (surrounded by olivetrees) and good breakfast included. We also enjoyed the 20 minutes walk along seaside into city center and the old town.

Bien mais peu bien mieux faire
Sejour agréable. Hotel récent chambre et lits confortables. Par contre il y a un manque de professionnalisme, chambre oubliee d'etre faite, pas de lait froid avec les corn flakes au buffet, impossible d'avoir une cuillère à soupe, impossible d'avoir une bouilloire... beaucoup de petites imperfections pour le standing que souhaite l'hotel. La plus importante étant à mon avis la grande double porte vitrée donnant sur la piscine qui s'ouvre automatiquement et rafraîchi immediatemeent l'ambiance au petit dej ou à l'apero (salle commune). En hors saison elle devrait etre désactivée.
