"Appartement bien placé. ⚠️pas trois chambres mais 2 plus canapé dans le salon. Sécurité fermeture baie vitrée ne fonctionnais pas, idem dans l’une des chambres (RDC). Appartement pas très propre, coussin sale, terre dans la salle de bain… chaises extérieurs bois cassées, et surtout une odeur insoutenable en entrant dans le logement. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est situé sur une place animée avec plein de bon restaurants et k'accès à la plage assez proche."

"Der Weg in die Wohnung ist ein wenig abenteuerlich, wenn man sie mal gefunden hat, ist diese sehr schön gestaltet und groß, durchaus auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern bereisbar. Zum nächsten Strand sind es etwa 13 Kilometer, die Infrastruktur am Ort ist auch überschaubar. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt: Der Pool ist etwa 6 qm groß, die Bilder des gro0en Pools stammen vom örtlichen Schwimmbad. Außerdem war er zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts mit Taubendreck verunreinigt. "La propriétaire est agréable et disponible. Elle parle le français donc la communication fut facile. Il y a un ventilateur mais pas de climatisation et l'accès se fait avec un genre d'échelle ce qui pourrait être non évident pour certaines personnes (1 étoile en moins). Nous avons pris le côté original en ce qui nous concerne. Il y a le projet d'arranger cet accès. Un petit studio sympathique."

Very nice and professional repairs for us, all very reminiscent of the room in a good hotel. The apartment needs to have some money spent on it, no improvements since the last time we stayed in it, for the double bed sinks in the middle and if you in it you finish with back pain. The single beds sheets are to small as they slide off during the night, the old fridge salad drawer broken and no bottle rack on door, shower screen leaks, toilet brush and sweeping brush have all seen better days. "For a family with 4 kids this was an excellent apartment. Nice big on a good location. Restaurants, shops, beach everything nearby. I had a small problem with the AC. Technician was send to fix it immediately. Yolanda of Turismar was very friendly and helpfull. Always reachable via WhatsApp for questions. I was expecting the garage to be in the same building. Maybe I didn't read the information well. After all it was not a problem. It was located a 5 min walk from there."
