"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand. "

"The hotel is in gandhipuram, which is a good/central area. The hotel was clean and staff was largely helpful. But the wifi in my room did not work for 3.5 days out of the 4 days that I stayed there. It was very difficult to do my work, with such a wifi situation. Also, there was no laundry service available in the hotel. This made it difficult to get my clothes cleaned, while staying there. "The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."
