When we arrived, the receptionist was very cold towards us, they didn’t even take our bags to our room, didn’t even tell us the wifi password nor the time of breakfast, they just gave us our key to go to our room by ourselves, at the same time, I saw a European man which the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming to. Even at checking out, they were very disrespectful and didn't even hang up the phone to take the keys from us. The breakfast was not bad, but there weren’t too much varieties. And the food wasn’t very fresh. The overall rating is a 4/10 from me. Finally, I’d like to mention a cleaner named ms. Fahriye. She was very kind and respectful towards us, me and my family were very fond of her. Thank you ms Fahriye. 💐💐💐

Otel konum olarak gayet güzel bir yerde, temizlik personel güler yüzlülüğü de iyi, Mustafa bey çok ilgiliydi, ama bu denli kaliteli bir otelde kahvaltıda çeşit alternatifi çok düşük, hele ki iki kişilik küçük bir tava ile bütün otel müşterisine omlet yumurta pişirmeye çabalayan hanımefendinin önündeki kalabalığı görünce ben almaktan vazgeçtim.
