“This condo was a wonderful place to stay. The hot tub had the cleanest water that we have ever seen! The condo was very clean overall and had a well supplied assortment of kitchenware. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and had ample bedding. The couches were very comfortable. It is nice that it is on the bottom floor to make carrying supplies and luggage easier. The location is perfect, a short walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. It is less than one hour to Anchorage or……

“Worked well for us as a home base for adventuring around Girdwood. Stacey was responsive and friendly to bring towels. Game room offerings were not functioning, but may be more available in season.Great stay.”

“My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back!”

“Very unclear check-in instructions. Got you to the key great but failed beyond that. Only one set of keys and you need one to even get in the building. Reason stated was ‘keys are lost’- this is part of the cost of running a rental. Listing said laundry - was coin operated in building but never mentioned this detail in listing or documentation. This is NOT a 2 BR. It’s a 1 BR with a loft- loft next to BR so there is basically no privacy for that bed. Finally the one bathroom and both beds are on……
