“Convenient for everything”

“We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the……

“The main issue was no consistency in the hot water and the one shower in the unit had intermittent or no water pressure. Vacasa was notified but no one came to rectify the issue. The lower level baseboard heat did not work and neither did the small gas heater. We used the small gas fireplace, once we found the remote to operate it, to heat the lower level.The place was clean, well supplied, and conveniently located, but without a working shower we left early and did not get any refund.”

“Not for kids and not access friendly (steep staircases) but absolutely beautiful space and location with a hot tub to enjoy under the stars! Coffee beans and a grinder!”

“Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt.”

Upon arrival, I noticed that the cabin and facilities do not match what was advertised. “(it was not a snow time of year so no comment on those activities)the unit is on the 2nd floor so requires 2 sets of stairs in and out, which should be noted upfront for those who may have difficulty with them. “Hate to be so negative but we were extremely disappointed. If I wasn’t so tired we would have picked up and left! Dead bug on my bedside table was only topped but the live one crawling behind it! There was major work being done on the road ways next to our bedroom windows that was something the owners were notified of. We were not told about it and they work until 10-1030pm at night. We talked to the workers. It was very noisy!! We should have been informed about this when the owners were, for……
