“We had such a great stay at this slope side condo in Girdwood. The place has a beautiful modern remodel that still feels really warm and comfortable. Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great after long days outside. The location is perfect. Being slope side made it easy to get out and enjoy the mountain, and it’s also just a short walk to our favorite coffee shop and one of the best restaurants in Girdwood. “I booked this accommodation based on the photos and description showing a large dining area and a spectacular view. Upon arrival, I noticed that the cabin and facilities do not match what was advertised. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation due to misleading advertising and the service not matching the description. ”

“We were moved to a different unit than we were originally booked due to some unforeseen circumstances. We were informed ahead of time and given the opportunity to agree to the move. The unit we were in was fine, somewhat dated but overall it worked out fine. ”

“Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt.”

The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the……

“Alyeska Slope-Side Sanctuary was ideal for our family get away. Walking distance to Jack Sprats and very convenient to the spa. Master bed was very comfortable and cozy living room.”

“Good location, the room needs some TLC. Pans need replacing, carpet is worn, Mattress is hard, toilet is hard to flush, tub takes awhile to drain. TV and Wifi was excellent. View on backside is awesome. ”
