The room I was staying in had direct access from outside. The floor was dirty. Housekeeping doesn't remove shoes or use booties when they clean the room. The coffee machine was broken, and it was installed so that, to fill it with water, you have to remove it from the shelf (the shelf height wasn't enough to open the coffee machine lid). To remove the coffee machine, you have to disconnect it from the receptacle because the power cord was too short. Once you removed the machine to fill it with water, it was a pain in the ass to put it back, because the receptacle is behind the shelf. So, I had to disconnect the TV set and connect the coffee machine, but everything was for nothing because the coffee machine was broken. The shower head wasn't adjustable and was aimed at my head (I am 5' 11"). Taking into account the dirty floor, I can say I was absolutely unhappy with my shower. Never again would I stay in that hotel.
