"This was our favourite hotel of our whole Patagonia trip. We booked a premium room with mountain view which - the photos do not do justice to how nice the rooms are. Lovely large layout with beautiful views over the town and mountains.
Attentive staff and just a lovely wxperyall round. Breakfast was amazing and they can make lunches for you too. We had one complimentary evening meal which was delicious.
Great location with views and we could walk straight onto the trails from the hotel. "

"Nice little apartment with a nice kitchen and a great view of the mountain. No light on the stairs inside, which would have been nice (especially for people with tired legs after strenuous hiking). Eggs left for us each day, plus breakfast left in a box outside the door in the evening. Great place, and right off the trailhead for the Laguna Torre hike."

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities.
