After your activities, relax in the sauna with a beautiful view of the outdoors and then make yourself comfortable on the sofa, where you can chat for a long time and create a cosy atmosphere with a fire in the wood-burning stove.



Step out onto the balcony in the morning and let your gaze wander over the surrounding area. Soak up the sun on the terrace and prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue.



Both in summer and winter, the surrounding nature invites you to enjoy a variety of activities. The cross-country ski trail with skating and classic routes is right next to the front door and is the ideal way to get some exercise in the fresh air in winter. It is usually perfectly groomed and therefore offers the best conditions for an optimal cross-country skiing experience. In winter, the Flattnitz ski area with its lifts and pistes offers ideal conditions for sporty days in the charming landscape.
