This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Beach Front Oasis with Private Courtyard was fully renovated in Jun 2024. Comes with free WiFi, Resort Amenities, Direct Beach Access and free Under Ground Parking. This beachfront property offers access to an Enclosed Gated Private Courtyard all with Views out to the Ocean, Swimming Pool, Hot Spa, Tennis Courts & BBQ Area. The Building also incl a Sauna, Lift Access and Under Ground Car Parking, Concierge, Secure Access with Intercom System. All Beds are new with Plush Mattresses and Pillows.

The spacious apartment has sea views from both Bedrooms and Living Areas. Flat Screen, Smart TV's in Living Area and both Bedrooms. An equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and 2 bathrooms one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower over a full bath. Please remove any perishable food items from fridge. There's a Rubbish Shute in the Foyer please put your Recyclable Items and Rubbish in there.
Shut and Lock Glass Sliding Doors, Turn Off all Air Conditioners, Ceiling Fans and Fireplace. Ensure Stove and Oven are turned off.
Turn Lights off as you leave please and hand keys in at Reception. If Reception is closed leave them in the Apartment and Lock door on your way out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
