DO NOT stay here. We couldn’t check in until after 4 which isn’t
Real bad but guess what? The check-in closes at 4
And they go home. They had a note coincidentally not sent until almost 4 that gave you a code to a wall safe. Wonderful the code doesn’t work on the wall safe
Call the number in the text and it goes to voicemail. Found another number by the wall safe and are told to wait and they’ll send someone. An hour plus later and a maintenance guy shows up and tries the safe with zero results. He starts to leave and we have to chase him down to hear he’s got to go look for an override key and he’ll be back. By now two other couples had arrived with the same instructions and same results.
We’re now into this 1 1/2 hours, I recall the number to be told he had to go find something to help open it when asked for a timeframe no idea. So I ask for my money back and lo and behold my refund was $40.00 dollars short. But that’s my fault cause I cancelled. No communication, no apology nothing PLUS big surprise when you get there a huge parking rate per day parking. No other choice. This Vail Colorado run lodge and I guess they get away with it in Colorado but Utah be warned!!!!
