"Air conditioning did not work, staff could not offer me another room so I asked for a refund the staff said they didn't have the permission do give a refund they had to contact a manager it took about an hour to get intouch with a manager and get a refund."

"The pool and splash pad was great for the kids in our group. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Was disappointed it didn’t include breakfast but was thankfully was aware of it before so we were able to plan ahead."
