"This is a nice Hotel, only 5 floors. It's off a main street, actually kind of hidden, but in a nice area. This hotel was the quietist hotel I have ever stayed at! I didn't see or hear any other guests until my last night before leaving. The Staff was very polite and ready to assist with whatever I needed. Breakfast was average, Fruit and Eggs with Arepas and juice and Coffee. It's an older hotel, but the water was hot and had good pressure. The only minor complaint would be the bed was harder...

"There was a good deal of initial confusion. First off, the hotel's name is Hotel Suites House, not Apartamentos Juanambu, so I was afraid I was in the wrong place, except the address and phone number were correct. It would be much less confusing if the correct name was listed on hotels.com. Secondly, they never recorded my reservation--they were not expecting me. Initially, they said they didn't have a room for me. (Great, I thought. I'm in a foreign country where I speak the language poorly...
