Two things kept this review from being perfect. The check in person didn’t know what she was doing. Even though I was prepaid and on line registration was done she made me do it again. This morning I checked my credit card and she had charged me again. Not a hold. She charged my full room costs again. I called to the desk this morning and said she issued a refund. As of now still pending Thing two: no hand soap.
