Hotel limpio. Personal muy amable. Cocina muy limpia con máquina para realizar diferentes cafés gratis muy buenos. Decoración agradable. Habitación doble cómoda. Sin duda repetiría por la comodidad, cercanía al centro y amabilidad.

Excellent! Great location between downtown and main train station to go to major sights. Accommodations were great. The pool is also really good after a long day walking around. I would only update the room decoration and make the check-in process faster.

The best part of this hotel is its location which is literally within the West Station. You don’t even have to leave the building to jump into a train. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was a mixed bag. The first night we had issues with the room’s power and when asked about it I was told if I wanted to charge my phone at the front desk instead of being given the attention to review the issue. The cleaning staff did not clean the room the first night even when we did not leave the “do not clean” sign at the door and they also did not refresh the water bottles (not sure if this is a policy of the hotel).
