This superb 600 m² residence can accommodate 20 to 23 people in a spacious and welcoming setting. You will find eight beautifully decorated bedrooms, five modern bathrooms, a comfortable dining room, two living rooms, and a billiard room with a French/American pool table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, two refrigerators, a freezer, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals effortlessly. Other amenities include a washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, stereo system, and four fireplaces, combining modern comfort with rustic charm.



Located on 22 hectares of woods and meadows, the property offers a vast outdoor space with three terraces (facing west, south, and north), outdoor dining area, and a barbecue for al fresco meals. The private and secure 12 x 6 m pool is open from May to October. There are many leisure options: pétanque court, mini football field, volleyball court, ping-pong table, trampoline, swing, and playground to entertain all ages.



The property is 1.5 km from the medieval village of Grignols, historic seat of the Talleyrand-Périgord family, and 8 km from the Neuvic - Saint-Astier exit of the A89 motorway, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the Périgord region. Enjoy hiking, cycling (bike rental available nearby), or canoeing for an active experience in nature. The surrounding forests invite you to peaceful walks and seasonal mushroom picking for nature lovers.
