Very beautiful new 81M2 gite for four people, located 1km from the center of Grospierres in southern Ardèche, 10 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Five minutes by car from the Ardèche river, with a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Cévennes, come and enjoy this pretty detached house in this popular region.
Exterior stone walls, independent fenced garden of 300 m2, fully fitted new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, range hood, fridge with freezer) with pantry (washing machine), 30 m2 lounge with television, two bedrooms upstairs (new bedding: one double bed, two single beds), a modern bathroom, a separate toilet.
Pets are not accepted.

Super sejour
Location 100% conforme à la description. Emplacements et environnements au top. Maison très belle et bien équipée. On y est comme à la maison. Propriétaires très gentils, accueillants, serviables et de bons conseils quant aux endroits à visiter ou choix de balades. Très belle regions, une semaine c'est trop court tellement il y a des choses à faire.

Das charmante Ferienhäuschen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne, komfortble Inneneinrichtung mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten und einer tollen großen Terrasse mit einem grandiosem Ausblick über die Weinberge. Die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand ermöglicht eine optimale Erholung und ist ein guter Startpunkt für nahegelegene Wanderungen oder Radtouren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Tipps zu Wander- und Radtouren, Badestellen, Tagesausflügen, Kanuturen, etc. Unsere zwei wunderbaren Wochen waren viel zu schnell vorbei. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Une magnifique semaine au cœur de l'Ardèche
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite est très très agréable, avec une vue grandiose sur les vignes. La propreté est irréprochable comme la qualité de la literie. La fraicheur du lieu grâce à la climatisation par le sol est un vrai plus en cette période de forte chaleur. Je finirai par l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaire qui n'a d'égale que leur prévenance pour nous indiquer les bonnes adresses de baignade à proximité. La région est très intéressante par son histoire et son architecture et les activité extérieures sont un ravissement. (baignades, randonnées, ...) Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir. Superbe séjour en Ardèche
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée, la propreté est irréprochable. La vue depuis la terrasse ombragée... est superbe..., on ne s'en lasse pas. Du logement, de nombreuses promenades à pied sont possibles (ancien village du Chastelas, la résurgence de Font Vive, la Chapelle Notre Dame des Songes....etc... Quant aux villages à visiter, ils sont très nombreux et tous, les uns....plus beaux que les autres... Tout a vraiment été parfait et très agréable pour nous durant notre séjour. (Encore merci aux propriétaires). Je ne saurais que vous recommander cette location de Grospierres

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. État de propreté parfait, logement spacieux et bien équipé (machine à laver, lave linge, matériels de cuisine, climatisation...). Très bonne literie. Terrasse ombragée et jardin agréable avec une belle vue sur les montagnes (à noter que la route passe juste devant, cependant cette dernière n'est pas très passante). Au niveau des activités quelques balades sont possibles sur Grospierres vers les ruines du Chastelas, la résurgence de Font Vive. Ensuite il y a vraiment de quoi faire dans un rayon de 10 à 20 km (équitation, grottes [Aven d'Orgnac superbe], kayac, baignades dans les rivières, randonnées [bois de Païolive avec les enfants au top]...). Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec un temps magnifique (soleil au rendez-vous). Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir l'Ardèche.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires (merci pour les conseils de balades et la bouteille de rosé !). La maison est très agréable à vivre, grand confort. La vue sur la terrasse est splendide et les environs également (des lauriers roses agrémentent désormais cette terrasse). Très belle région qui mérite d’être découverte et cette maison contribue à rendre le séjour très agréable et apaisant !

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter
Aufenthalt Mai / Juni 2019: Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer Alain und Marie-José geben viele gute Tipps zur Umgebung und verbringen auch regelmäßig die Wochenenden im Nachbargebäude. Das saubere und gepflegte Gebäude mit Garten ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es liegt an einer Kreuzung, von der der Verkehr zu den umliegenden Ferienhäusern und dem wunderbaren Ausflugsziel "La Font" abzweigt. Leider hat die Gemeinde kürzlich dort diverse Müllcontainer aufgestellt, die auf Betreiben der Vermieter so schnell wie möglich wieder entfernt werden sollen. Die Seite zur Kreuzung ist mit einer Hecke abgeschirmt. Zur anderen Seite des Gartens öffnet sich jedoch ein herrlicher Blick bis zu den Cévennes.

Sehr entspannte zwei Wochen
In dem sehr komfortablen und schön eingerichteten Häuschen haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar, die Umgebung ruhig, ausreichend Wanderwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Einkaufen sind es wenige Kilometer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut und es gibt viel Platz und Stauraum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, offen für alle Fragen und boten gemeinsame Unternehmungen zur Erkundung der Umgebung an. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus, super Aussicht

Das Haus ist freistehend, groß, sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit der herrlichen Aussicht rundet es ab. Ebenfalls ist die Lage sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
