"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Unfortunately the stay at La Vigna did not meet our expectation. The kitchen was equipped poorly. There were a lot of ants and other insects in the apartment. The apartment was already very worn down. The pool was out of service without notice beforehand. The bedsheets were stained. It was extremely loud! It was hard to sleep until the residents above went to bed because one could hear every sound and scraping of chairs. Would not recommend especially for the high price"

Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "
