“The hostel is located in a new development close to the bus station. We had a beautiful room, newly furnished and well equipped. It has an automated check-in system which I hadn’t realised because I hadn’t read all the information sent carefully enough. This was a bit of a stressful start. There’s also no one around to ask questions, which can be tricky. There’s a kitchen to make your own breakfast. The coffee pod dispenser was stuck but of course there’s no one to help. Beautiful, comfortable……

“This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve done the Camino on a few occasions. Where to start? The building is beautiful with exposed old stone it just looks gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable. The pods give you privacy and the bag locker is a good idea. The curtain gives you privacy and also blocks out the light, which is great because I’m light sensitive The check in was so easy, they just give you a card you can let you in with at any time. “I was looking for an affordable place to stay while in Arzua and Albergue Miraiso fit the bill. Check in stops around 8pm which was an issue however since my flight was delayed and we didnt land until after 930pm. Lorenzo was so accomodating and met me there to do a late check in. He is very friendly and cordial. He seemed very genuinely interested in the guests. Helps he speaks multiple languages with all the random guests coming from the Camino.
