이 호텔에서 제일 좋은 스위트룸을 예약했는데 들어가자마자 후회함. 방 레벨도 너무 낮고 제일 비싼 스위트룸인데 레이크뷰가 하나도 없었음. 제일 기대한 호텔이었는데 실망이 너무 큼. 냉장고에 물이 있었는데 어디서 가져왔는지 병에 수돗물을 넣어둔 느낌.. 며칠간 예약 없었으면 열려있는 물병에 물이 며칠 방치되었을지… 남편 생일 기념 여행이라고 했는데 축하 메세지도 하나도 없음. 그나마 좋았던 것은 조식은 나쁘지 않았고 조식에서 보는 레이크뷰는 좋았음. 할슈타트 내의 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 그냥 패밀리 룸이지 스위트룸이라고 하면 안될 ...
