The hotel was ok. We booked a last minute weekend trip and the hotel had a low price. Our room was clean, but there was no daily maid service. The bed was comfortable, but the mattresses were smaller than the bed frames, which stuck out about 6 inches all the way around. Only one mirror, which was in the bathroom, made it a little more difficult for multiple people to get ready. Staff was pleasant and polite but I disliked the check in process. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is too early for my family. The pool area was nice- clean, nice lounge chairs, relaxing music. Bottom line- I do not plan to stay here again. There are lots of other options, for not much more money, that are nicer in the area.

The property is very beautiful and they do a wonderful job keeping it clean. However, it's far too big for older visitors and there are no benches to rest while walking.

Good location, terrible parking and was put in 2 queen room but booked a king. Was told I was upgraded.

Stay wasn’t bad at all just wish we had more accommodations like breakfast and things like that but wasn’t bad at all

I mean it got the job done. The water park was not available to all guests which was not clear before booking and the bar at the pool closest to my building was not open when the time indicated it should have been.
