Holidays directly behind the dike in the holiday home at Ferienhof Kohn

The cozy wooden house offers approx. 65 m² and sleeps for 6 people and stands on the back of the courtyard. There is a bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms (each with two beds) and a large bunk (two people) in the house. Everything on the ground floor, so the house is wheelchair accessible!

On warm days, the area offers destinations for all ages! On cold days, the sauna brings comfort and warmth.

For 4 or less nights we charge a short-term surcharge of € 30.

3 people are included in the price, each additional person costs € 10 per night.

The view from the window or the garden, past several paddocks with horses, sheep and cows, offers a clear view to the dike a few kilometers away. In addition, huge flocks of birds can be observed here, which is always an exciting sight.

Once you're here, you'll love it just like we do. The fresh air, the calm, the almost infinitely wide view, the nature, the North Sea with ebb & flow, the animals, the long walks or bike tours, the North Frisian Islands and Halligen.


IN SUMMER there are countless bathing spots, beaches, outdoor activities, mudflat hikes to the Halligen, bike paths and the great outdoors!

IN AUTUMN you can "let the wind blow your nose", (kite-) surf, sail, fly kites, do covered activities or enjoy the rough sea!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das FH ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns ausgiebig bespielt. Die Umgebung ist toll und für alle Tierfreunde ein Muss.

Ein sehr schöner Ort mit netter gastgeberin

Wir haben eine schönes verlängertes Wochenende in dem Häuschen verbracht. Es war schön viel Platz und ganz freundlichen Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Eine tolle Überraschung war der kleine Holzofen (leider dann mit Brennholz aus dem Baumarkt). Die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt- war aber schön vorbereitet - danke :-) es gab leider keinen Korkenzieher (wir haben den Wein aber auf bekommen ;-)

Habe keinen Titel

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermierterin Merle schwer in Ordnung, immer da, wenn man sie brauchte. Hat uns die Stromkosten geschenkt, weil der Fernseher manchmal nicht ganz störungsfrei lief. Lage gut und ruhig. Viel an der Nordsee spazieren gegangen mit unserem 6 Wochen alten Hund. Man muss etwas mit dem Auto fahren, um richtig an die See zu kommen, aber das war ja auch in der Beschreibung nicht anders angegeben. Gerne wieder! Lüdeke Horn

Urlaub mit Ruhe

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, Alles für den Täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Keinerlei Lärm und ebenfalls kein Durchgangsverkehr. Vermieterin absolut Top. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Ort zum Ausruhen

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund für 5 Tage hier im Ferienhaus. Zitat meiner Schwägerin: Ich war vom ersten Augenblick "schockverliebt". Abseits der wenig befahrenen Straße ein ruhiger Ort mit schönem Umfeld. Die Ausstattung ist für unsere Bedürfnisse im Sommerurlaub sehr gut. Hier wollen wir gerne wieder mal sein,

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Entspannen. Unsere Gastgeberin war total hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Ferienhäuschen entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen und Bedürfnissen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

In Ordnung mit einigen Mängeln

Zuerst das positive: Gästehaus ist ausreichend für 4 Personen, Küche mit Inventar vorhanden, Betten nicht durchgelegen, Bad in Ordnung, großer Außenbereich mit Terasse. 2 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Spielmöglichkeit draußen für Kinder mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Kletterturm. Ruhige Gegend, Pferde, Kühe und Schafe als Nachbarn. Jetzt zu den Dingen die uns weniger gut gefallen haben: Fenster und Fensterrahmen dreckig, Fernsehschrank komplett verstaubt, zum Teil verdrecktes Geschirr im Schrank. Die Küchenutensilien zusammengewürfelt, hier könnte man mal in ein komplettes Set von Ikea oder ähnlichem investieren. Kaffeemaschine auch billigstes Modell. Keine Spülmaschine, keine Waschmaschine. Die Fliegennetze an Fenstern zum Teil kaputt oder erst gar nicht angebracht. Auch das könnte man leicht beheben. Bei Anreise erhielten wir keine gemeinsame Begehung, Zählerstände für Wasser/Strom wurden nicht mitgeteilt, sondern zum Schluss von der Vermieterin Merle im Alleingang abgelesen und dann kassiert. Das Gästehaus wurde für 6 Personen angepriesen, jedoch ist die Koje mit den weiteren zwei Schlafplätzen ziemlich klein und da nur durch Vorhang zur Küche/Wozi getrennt, bei unterschiedlichen Schlafzeiten kaum zu nutzen. Es gibt kein WLAN und die Internetverbindung ist sehr schlecht. Wir haben extra vor Anreise nachgefragt, ob ein Grill vorhanden ist. Dies wurde uns zugesichert. Aber was wir dann auf der Terrasse vorgefunden haben war wirklich unglaublich. Sowas gehört auf den Schrott. Darüber haben wir uns wirklich sehr geärgert. Wir haben 10 € in einen kleinen Campinggrill investiert, nachfolgende Mieter werden uns sicher dankbar sein. Dann war da noch das, was man Gastfreundschaft nennt. Anfangs sehr freundlich, doch als ich zwei Mal um neue Bettwäsche bitten musste, da mein Sohn vor Aufregung/Stress oder was auch immer ins Bett gemacht hatte, kam die Freundlichkeit doch sehr gequält rüber. Und der Spruch, dass sie genug zu tun hätte und ob wir ihm denn keine Windel anziehen, fanden wir mehr als unangemessen. Das ein Kind mit 5 Jahren mal einnässt, sollte gerade eine Mutter mit ähnlich alten Kindern verstehen. Abgesehen davon hätte ich auch gerne selbst gewaschen aber Waschmaschine steht ja nicht zur Verfügung. Für uns kommt eine Wiederholung eher nicht in Frage. Es war ganz nett aber für uns insgesamt zu viele Möngel. 1 Stern Abzug für den Grill, 1 Stern Abzug für Unsauberkeit und fehlende Waschmaschine.

Schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend

Schönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage. Sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Unsere Kinder fanden die Spielmöglichkeiten und die Pferde auf der anliegenden Koppel am Besten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Nordfriesland ist immer eine Reisewert.

Schwedenhaus

Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig. Es gibt Viehweiden in der Umgebung aber ohne störenden Geruch. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auf den angrenzenden Wiesen kann man Wildttiere beobachten.

Perfekt für Familien mit Hund

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden dort. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr freundlich! Gerne würden wir mal wieder kommen!
