Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Double booked

Unfortunately the host accidentally double booked this property and our group did not find out about it until we arrived. They offered to partially contribute to a hotel stay for us, but unfortunately the closest hotel was still about an hour away.
