"Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand in einer hübschen Villa. Die Räume sind ansprechend groß und die freundlichen Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und alles war gut erreichbar."

"Pros: Alles bestens! Ein Domizil mit persönlicher Note... Cons: Der Flugverkehr vom BER war leider zu hören. Er wirkte sich aber nicht allzu störend auf unseren Aufenthalt aus."

"Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!"

"This property is right in the think of a nice Berlin neighborhood, and only a few minutes walk from the Osrtkreuz train station. Comfortable, with the exception of a lack of TV, with the shower being a big plus - great water pressure, and very relaxing. Only issue we encountered was with the laundry, which requires a third party app, and separate payments. The washer stained a white shirt, and two full dry cycles didn't dry our clothes. Otherwise, an excellent stay, and I'd absolutely stay...

"Nice and quiet in a nice basement space with pleasant design and all that's required for a week of more. A sauna provided and an upright piano which allowed some practice time to work on one of Zimmer's Interstellar, the Cornfield Chase piece. I need to get a piano, so fun. Of a minor note(ahem, lol not with the piano), there were found in one of the kitchen cupboards some items, an open bag of chips and some ginger kuchen left from someone. No big deal, just threw them away. I think we left...

"For the purpose of my trip to Berlin the apartment fitted perfectly. I needed a place on that area and I wasn’t going to stay at home or cook there. It was practical, the check in was easy and the apartment had all the appliances we needed. The lack of a couch and the tiny bathroom were the downside of the apartment. It’s a bit dark and we need to do a deposit before the arrival. But the communication with the owner was very easy and fluid."
